explain what the old and new unique identifiers are and where to get them

i am having trouble re registering, as the product seems to have lost the registration

update downloads and make directions clearer

I am not a techie, so saying to direct to somewhere and run something was not very clear it took me hours of searching the internet to finally figure out how to run it, and when i did i got a pop-up saying that i needed to download a new version from the site with critical updates and would then quit. I downloaded the file like 5 times and it still wouldnt work.

cannot get product registered

The sender email address is also required to be extracted

I find that the email address of the email sender is NOT extracted out from the bbb. I would really like the FULL email header information faithfully extracted out from the bbb.

I would like to get the DCID numbers as well for the extracted data.

Some of the Blackberry Devices were iden with Direct Connect # (DCID). I would like the extractor to pull those a well.

get the BB exrtractor to work directly upon attaching blackberry to pc just as the iphone extractor works bypassing the passcode and getting into files directly
